We currently offer a variety of classes each week, some heated, some not. Classes begin at 8am with an energizing flow and continue until 7 pm with a deeply restorative yoga class.
Whether you prefer an early morning wake-up class, a mid-day 'get away from the office and de-stress' class, an evening 'restorative class' or anything in between, we've got you covered!
