Have you always wanted to try yoga but didn't know where to start? Start with us! We're offering a series of classes for first-timers who want to learn the basics and long-timers who want a refresher. You'll learn the foundational postures, how they come together in a flow, a variety of breathing techniques, and a little bit about the history, philosophy and legends of yoga.
Taught by Carole Byrum, RYT200, this class is the perfect introduction to the practice of yoga. We'll practice social distancing and other safety protocols to ensure your health and well-being.
